Pastoral, despite taking all necessary care, reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip due to circumstances that prevent the start or continuation of the journey, such as failure to reach the required number of confirmed bookings, adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, war possibility, unpredictable technical issues, and similar force majeure events. In such cases, the customer has no right to any compensation.

Advance Payment and Tour Payment: To be enrolled in any Equinox tour, the full tour fee must be paid up to 10 days before the tour starts. Registrations of customers who do not complete the payment up to 10 days before the tour may be canceled without refund.

Cancellation: All cancellations made by the customer must be provided to Equinox Travel in writing.

Cancellation and Refund Terms:

30 days before the tour: 100% refund

29 - 10 days before the tour: 50% refund

9 days before the tour: 20% refund

Refunds due to tour cancellations can be credited for use on another tour within 1 year from the cancellation date.

No refund will be provided for advance payments made by the customer in case of cancellation.

Unless stated otherwise, tour fees do not cover airfare, personal expenses, and alcoholic beverages.

Unless stated otherwise, tour fees cover all accommodation, breakfast, meals specified in the program, professional guiding services, transportation services tailored to the nature of the tour, tour package insurance, and all beverages including soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee during meals.

Equinox Travel does not provide personal accident insurance; please arrange for your personal accident insurance if deemed necessary.

You are solely responsible for all vehicles, equipment, and materials you bring with you.

During nature and adventure tours, you may be exposed to various weather conditions; it's necessary to bring appropriate clothing, dress according to the nature of the tour, and move accordingly.

In nature and adventure tours, it is important to maintain harmony with your guide and fellow group members for the sake of tour coherence and your safety. If deemed necessary, the guide may ask a participant to leave the tour or not participate in certain routes.

Equinox Travel reserves the right to make changes to the program, accommodations, and guides without prior notice if deemed necessary.

Pastoral may cancel the tours it has announced or registered for prior to the start of the service, partially or entirely, with the condition of notifying the Consumer when necessary. Similarly, during the same period or during the service, the agency may change the names of hotels covered by the agency service, the departure locations of the means of transportation, and the visiting order of places indicated in the program. If the Consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations with justifiable reasons, the Consumer has the right to cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused service fees.
